How It Works
Formula:
(Current ÷ Total) × 100 = Percentage Complete
This gives a value from 0% (not started) to 100% (fully complete).
Examples
Example 1:
Current: 40 | Total: 100
40 ÷ 100 = 0.4 × 100 = 40%
Example 2:
Current: 75 | Total: 120
75 ÷ 120 = 0.625 × 100 = 62.5%
Example 3:
Current: 200 | Total: 200
100% complete

Can I use decimals?
Yes. You can enter 1.5 out of 5.0, or any other decimal-based progress.
What if current is greater than total?
The result will show more than 100%, meaning you've gone beyond the goal.
What if total is zero?
The calculator will show an error — a goal of zero makes percentage undefined.
